The Wings Ceremony is a formal dinner + graduation event so please dress accordingly!

Transit: Our venue is located on Stephen Ave, only one block away from the nearest C-Train station on 7th Ave. That would be the most convenient way to get there with the least amount of walking, and fighting for parking. For those unfamiliar, Google Maps is your best way to navigate Transit, but you can also click here for a list of Calgary Transit maps online.

Parking: There are multiple city and private parking lots near the venue. Please click here to see a map of parking options around the ceremony’s venue! They are mostly paid. Street parking is also available throughout downtown Calgary.

Uber/Taxi: Definitely the best idea!!!

In general, whatever you choose, we suggest leaving ample time for finding parking and getting to the venue before your intended time of arrival.

Tables will be set up with assigned seating. We will have a chart which displays where each individual seat is located at the front, and each seat will have a name tag on it. This is to ensure that you receive your proper meal orders.

Absolutely! We will submit any dietary restrictions or allergies to our caterer and follow up with you afterwards. They may need to make a modification to your meal or replace a dish altogether so we will make sure you are informed either way.

Anyone can attend our afterparty! Parents, family, friends, and first-year students are welcome to join us.
